城市是人类社会发展进步的重要产物,我国“十四五”规划也充分强调了未来持续完善大中城市宜居宜业功能的重要性和紧迫性。围绕生态宜居宜业城市在基本内涵、评价体系及实践路径等关键领域展开文献梳理和回顾,有效归纳生态宜居宜业城市的深刻内涵与特征,明确近年来学界关于生态宜居宜业城市建设的评价指标选择和评价技术运用,归纳生态宜居宜业城市建设的实践模式和对策建议,最终对国内外相关研究进行综合评述,并对未来关于生态宜居宜业城市建设的关键问题和发展趋势等进行展望。

Cities are an important product of the development and progress of human society.The Fourteenth Five Year Plan of China also fully emphasizes the importance and urgency of continuously improving the functions of large and medium-sized cities that are suitable for living and working in the future.This paper focused on the literature review of ecological livable city in key areas such as basic connotation,evaluation system and practice path,and it effectively concluded the profound connotation and characteristics of ecological,livable and industrious cities.It defined the selection of evaluation indicators and the application of evaluation technologies for the construction of ecologically livable and industrious cities in academic circles in recent years,and summarized the practical models and countermeasures for the construction of ecologically livable and industrious cities.Finally,it made a comprehensive review of the relevant research at home and abroad,and looked forward to the key issues and development trends of the construction of eco livable and business friendly cities in the future.
