摘要
针对四川某地区氧化铅锌矿进行了工艺矿物学研究,为后续开展选矿工艺研究提供依据,通过X荧光光谱半定量、化学多元素分析、光学显微镜、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线能谱(EDS)等手段,考察矿石的元素组成、物相组成、嵌布粒度等。研究表明该矿石主要有价回收元素为铅、锌,目的矿物的嵌布粒度主要在0.01~0.03 mm之间,白铅矿、菱锌矿有相互包含的现象,后续选别中可能铅精矿、锌精矿互含较高。
In this paper,a process mineralogical study was carried out on a lead-zinc oxide ore in a region of Sichuan to provide a basis for subsequent research on the beneficiation process.The elemental composition,phase composition and embedding particle size of the ore were studied by XRF,chemical multi-element analysis,optical microscopy,scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and Xray energy spectroscopy(EDS).The study showed that the main valuable elements of the ore are Pb and Zn,and that the embedded particle size of the target minerals mainly ranges from 0.01~0.03 mm,with the phenomena of mutual inclusion of white lead ore and zinc rhodochrosite,and the possible high mutual inclusion of Pb and Zn concentrates in the subsequent processes.
