废钒触媒酸性铵盐沉钒工艺回收五氧化二钒的研究 被引量:1

摘要 硫酸生产过程中产生的废钒触媒,采用酸性铵盐沉钒工艺处理,工艺条件易于掌握,所消耗材料品种少,设备腐蚀性小,钒的回收率较高,技术经济指标合理。回收的五氧化二钒产品符合国家产品质量标准的要求,而且生产成本低可获得较好的经济效益。生产过程中产生的固体残渣制成水淬渣,作为水泥配料外售,气体和液体废弃物可以进行回收利用,整个生产过程不会对环境产生污染,同时降低危险固废储存过程潜在风险,环境效益显著。 The waste vanadium catalyst generated in the production process of sulfuric acid is treated by the acid ammonium salt precipitation vanadium process,the process conditions are easy to grasp,the variety of materials consumed are few,the corrosion of the equipment is small,the recovery rate of vanadium is high,and the technical and economic indicators are reasonable.The recovered vanadium pentoxide products meet the requirements of national product quality standards,and the production cost is low and can obtain better economic benefits.The solid residue generated in the production process is made into water quenching slag,which is sold as cement ingredients,and the gas and liquid waste can be recycled,and the whole production process will not pollute the environment,while reducing the potential risk of dangerous solid waste storage process,and the environmental benefits are significant.
