摘要
菜品的质量是影响餐饮企业经营成功与否的重要因素,也是餐饮企业能否长久发展的关键。现代餐饮企业的经营管理中,对菜品质量的把控提出了更高的要求。基于此,本文对餐饮企业菜品质量管理的问题进行了分析,并提出了一些解决对策。
The quality of dishes is an important factor affecting the success of catering enterprises, and it is also the key to the long-term development of catering enterprises. In the management of modern catering enterprises,higher requirements are put forward for the control of food quality. Based on this, this paper analyzes the problems of food quality management in catering enterprises, and puts forward some solutions.
