摘要 食品重金属检测技术质量控制一直以来都是广受关注的热门话题,而食品重金属也是威胁人们饮食健康的重大隐患。在新时期做好食品重金属检测技术质量控制工作,可通过目前最常使用的传统类检测方法与快速类检测方法这两种技术方法进行探索,有利于在充分检测食品重金属指标的基础上,更深层次提升人们的饮食质量。当前,新时期食品重金属检测技术质量控制中普遍存在着传统检测技术需要创新、重金属源头治理需要加强和检测操作程序复杂烦琐等方面的主要问题,因此,可通过生物传感器检测方法、重视样品前处理重要价值和引入食品重金属评估体系来优化新时期食品重金属检测技术质量控制工作。 Quality control of heavy metal detection technology in food has always been a hot topic, and heavy metal in food is also a major hidden danger to people’s diet health. In the new era, the quality control work of food heavy metal detection technology can be explored through the traditional and rapid detection methods, which are the most commonly used at present, which is conducive to the full detection of food heavy metal indicators, and further improve the quality of people’s diet. At present, in the quality control of food heavy metal detection technology in the new era, there are generally major problems such as traditional detection technology needs to be innovated, heavy metal source control needs to be strengthened, and testing operation procedures are complicated and cumbersome.Therefore, the quality control of food heavy metal detection technology in the new era can be optimized through the biosensor detection method, the importance of sample pretreatment and the introduction of food heavy metal evaluation system.
