西番莲农残限量的新要求与监测分析

摘要 《食品安全国家标准食品中农药最大残留限量》(GB 2763—2021)对西番莲中农药残留限量的规定增加了40项,增幅为59.7%。其中30项是新标准增加的农药。新增8种西番莲禁限用农药残留限量,新标准规定的西番莲禁限用农药达到41种。新标准将杀螟硫磷的最大残留限量由0.5 mg·kg^(-1)临时限量修订为0.5 mg·kg^(-1)正式限量,乙酰甲胺磷由0.5 mg·kg^(-1)修订为0.02 mg·kg^(-1)。本文监测了市售46批西番莲中的8种农药残留数据,22批样品检出农药残留,检出率为47.8%;氯氟氰菊酯和高效氯氟氰菊酯检出率最高,达34.8%;有1批样品的苯醚甲环唑农药残留限量大于标准GB 2763—2021规定的限值,不合格率为2.2%,均未检出禁限用农药。 The new standard GB 2763—2021 has increased the pesticide residue limits of Passiflora caerulea L. by 40 items, with an increase of 59.7%. Among them, 30 pesticides were added to the new standard. The residue limits of 8 prohibited and restricted pesticides were added to Passiflora caerulea L., and 41 prohibited and restricted pesticides were specified in the new standard. The new standard revised the maximum residue limit of fenitrothion from a temporary limit of 0.5 mg·kg^(-1)to a formal limit of 0.5 mg·kg^(-1), and acephate from 0.5 mg·kg^(-1)to 0.02 mg·kg^(-1).In this paper, eight pesticide residue datas of 46 batches of Passiflora caerulea L. sold in the market were monitored.Pesticide residues were detected in 22 batches of samples, with a detection rate of 47.8%;the detection rate of cyhalothrin and lambda-cyhalothrin was the highest, reaching 34.8%;the pesticide residue limit of difenoconazole in one batch of samples was greater than the limit value specified in the standard GB 2763—2021, and the unqualified rate was 2.2%. No banned pesticides were detected.
