原子吸收分光光度计测量乳制品铅含量的影响因素研究

摘要 原子吸收分光光度计由于具有检测精度高、重复性好、检测范围广泛等诸多优势,被广泛应用在食品、医药、水质和土壤的重金属检测中。但原子吸收分光光度计检测结果的准确性对于样品前处理及样品基体消解的整体效果有很高要求,所以不同的实验条件下得到的样品的响应值及回收率均有一定差别。本文以液体乳制品中铅含量的检测为例,利用微波消解法对样品进行前处理,并调整前处理中硝酸的使用体积、基改剂的浓度以及原子化和灰化的温度,最终得到不同条件下样品的响应值和回收率,并发现一定规律,对实验室方法改进和提高实验效果具有一定的指导作用。 Atomic absorption spectrophotometer is widely used in the detection of heavy metals in food,medicine, water quality and soil due to its high detection accuracy, good repeatability, wide detection range and many other advantages. However, the accuracy of the detection results of atomic absorption spectrophotometer has high requirements for sample pretreatment and the overall effect of sample matrix digestion, so the response value and recovery of samples obtained under different experimental conditions are somewhat different. In this paper, taking the detection of lead content in liquid dairy products as an example, the sample was pretreated by microwave digestion,and the volume of nitric acid used in the pretreatment, the concentration of basic modifier, and the temperature of atomization and ashing were adjusted. Finally, the response value and recovery rate of the sample under different conditions were obtained, and a certain rule was found, which would guide the improvement of laboratory methods and improve the experimental effect.
