食品包装材料中重金属检测技术及质量控制

Detection Technology and Quality Control of Heavy Metals in Food Packaging Materials

随着我国国民经济水平的高速健康发展,人们对食品安全问题的关注度与日俱增,而食品包装材料的安全性是食品安全的重要组成部分。目前食品包装材料中出现的问题主要为重金属污染问题。基于此,本文探讨了常见的食品包装材料的污染来源,分析了食品包装材料中重金属超标的危害以及目前我国在食品包装材料中重金属检测技术上的一些不足,并针对如何加强重金属检测技术质量控制提出了一些建议,以期能够提高我国食品包装材料的质量安全。

With the rapid and healthy development of China’s national economy, people pay more attention to food safety issues, and the safety of food packaging materials is an important part of food safety. At present, the main problem in food packaging materials is heavy metal pollution. Based on this, this paper discusses the pollution sources of common food packaging materials, analyzes the harm of excessive heavy metals in food packaging materials and some shortcomings of heavy metal detection technology in food packaging materials in China at present, and puts forward some suggestions on how to strengthen the quality control of heavy metal detection technology in order to improve the quality and safety of food packaging materials in China.
