摘要
本文浅谈了部分食品检验检测中常用的纳米材料。文中涉及的纳米材料有纳米金、CdTe量子点、碳纳米管、石墨烯、碳纳米角、碳量子点以及氮化碳纳米片,这些纳米材料在食品检测中可以单独使用,也可与其他材料复合使用制备各式化学、发光传感设备,提高检测的灵敏度,扩展检测线性范围,为食品安全的快速、便捷、超灵敏检测提供了新方法、新方向。
In this paper, some commonly used nanomaterials in food inspection and detection are discussed. The nanomaterials involved in this paper include gold nanoparticles, CdTe quantum dots, carbon nanotubes, graphene,carbon nano-angles, carbon quantum dots, and carbon nitride nanoflakes. These nanomaterials can be used alone in food detection, or in combination with other materials to prepare various chemical and luminous sensing devices,improve the detection sensitivity, expand the detection linear range, and provide new methods and new directions for fast, convenient, and ultra-detection of food safety.
