摘要 粮油食品质量问题一直是大众最在意的问题,该问题与人们的生命健康、生存质量密切相关。气相色谱技术是一种食品安全检测技术,其具有易操作、应用广等优势,能够实现粮油食品中农药残留、毒素含量、抗氧化剂含量等情况的检测。通过气相色谱技术可有效实现粮油食品质量的检测,同时该技术的应用极大程度上提高了食品质量检测的水平,为相关人员提供一定的研究支持,推动粮油食品质量检测水平的提升。 The quality of grain, oil and food has always been the most concerned issue of the general public,which is closely related to people’s life and health, quality of life. Gas chromatography technology is a kind of food safety detection technology, which has the advantages of easy operation and wide application. It can realize the detection of pesticide residue, toxin content and antioxidant content in grain, oil and food. Gas chromatography technology can effectively realize the quality detection of grain, oil and food, and the application of this technology greatly improves the level of food quality detection, provides some research support for relevant personnel, and promotes the quality detection of grain, oil and food.
