个体化营养干预对肠癌术后护理中患者营养状态的影响

目的探讨不同个体化营养干预应用于结直肠癌术后护理中对患者的影响.方法选取本院100例结直肠癌患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组各50例,对照组根据《中国居民膳食指南》、《中国食物成分表》制定个体化营养方案,观察组I-FEED评分个体化营养干预,对两组的术后恢复时间、并发症发生率及营养指标,血清前白蛋白(PA)、白蛋白(ALB)、血红蛋白(Hb)变化进行比较.结果与对照组相比,观察组的术后排气时间、排便时间、引流管拔除时间、住院时间均较短(P<0.05);观察组的并发症发生率较低(χ^(2)=8.137,P<0.05);观察组的PA、ALB、Hb水平均较高(P<0.05).结论基于I-FEED评分个体化营养干预应用于肠癌术后护理中可以促进患者的快速康复,并减少并发症的发生,改善患者的营养状态.

Objective To explore the effects of different individualized nutrition interventions on postoperative care of colorectal cancer patients.Methods 100 patients with colorectal cancer were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The observation group was given the I-FEED Scoring System individualized nutritional intervention,and the postoperative recovery time,complication rate and nutritional indicators[serum prealbumin(PA),albumin(ALB),hemoglobin(Hb)of the two groups were compared]were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the postoperative exhaust time(t=2.502),defecation time(t=2.463),drainage tube removal time(t=3.516),and hospital stay(t=3.371)in the observation group were all shorter,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower(χ^(2)=8.137,P<0.05),the levels of PA(t=3.068),ALB(t=2.961)and Hb(t=2.740)in the observation group were all higher,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of individualized nutritional intervention based on the I-FEED Scoring System in postoperative care of patients with colorectal cancer can promote the rapid recovery of patients,reduce the occurrence of complications,and improve the nutritional status of patients.
