经典名方吴茱萸汤研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 吴茱萸汤来源于《伤寒论》,由吴茱萸、人参、生姜、大枣4味药组成,具有温中补虚、降逆止呕的功效。现代研究表明,吴茱萸汤具有镇痛、止呕、止泻、降压、抗胃溃疡、抗抑郁及增强免疫功能等多种药理作用,临床应用则大多通过加减或联合西药用于消化系统、心脑血管系统、泌尿生殖系统、失眠、烦躁、局部疼痛等疾病,与古代临床应用基本一致。从化学成分与分析方法、工艺研究与质量控制、现代药理研究及临床应用四个方面总结归纳吴茱萸汤研究进展,探讨其药效物质基础及研究方向,以期为吴茱萸汤的现代开发研究及临床应用提供理论参考与科学依据。 Wuzhuyu Decoction(吴茱萸汤)is derived from Treatise on Febrile Diseases.It is composed of Wuzhuyu(Euodiae Fructus),Renshen(Ginseng Radix Et Rhizoma),Shengjiang(Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens)and Dazao(Jujubae Fructus),and it has the effect of warming the middle,tonifying the deficiency,releasing the Qi counterflow and stopping vomiting.Modern studies have shown that Wuzhuyu Decoction has various pharmacological effects such as analgesia,anti-vomiting,anti-diarrhea,lowering blood pressure,anti-gastric ulcer,anti-depression and enhancing immune function.Clinically,it is generally used to treat digestive system diseases,cardiovascular and cerebrovascular system diseases,urogenital system diseases,insomnia,irritability,local pain and so on by changing prescription composition or combining with Western medicine,which are basically consistent with the ancient clinical application.This article summarized the research progress of Wuzhuyu Decoction from four aspects of chemical composition and analysis methods,process researches and quality control,modern pharmacological research and clinical application.It also discussed the material basis and research direction of Wuzhuyu Decoction,in order to provide theoretical reference and scientific basis for the modern development and clinical research of Wuzhuyu Decoction.
