摘要
质量过硬、价格合理的电网设备直接关系到电力系统安全稳定运行,而供应商是其中的关键环节。文章将大数据理念和方法应用到电网设备供应商管理评价领域中,构建了基于大数据的供应商管理评价模型框架,重点从电力设备产品属性和供应商属性2个维度提取31项供应商分类指标体系,将主观赋值法和层次分析法相结合,从而实现对不同供应商的科学评价和分类。基于应用实例的试验结果表明,所提方法能够为电力企业采购部门制定采购方案,完善供应商管理提供有力支撑。
High quality and reasonable price of power grid equipment are directly related to the safe and stable operation of power system, and the supplier is the key link. In this paper, the concept and method of big data are applied to the field of power grid equipment supplier management evaluation. The framework of supplier chain management evaluation model based on big data is constructed. The supplier classification index system is established from two dimensions of power equipment product attribute and supplier attribute. The subjective assignment method and analytic hierarchy process are combined, so as to realize the scientific evaluation and classification of different suppliers. The test results based on application examples show that the proposed method can provide strong support for the procurement department of power enterprises to formulate procurement plans and improve supplier management.
