摘要
为了监控轴承的实时状态,保障牵引电机的正常工作,设计并实现了一款牵引电机轴承监控系统。监控系统下位机主要完成牵引电机轴承数据采集,数据预处理,时域,频域特征指标计算,数据存储及数据传输等功能。用户使用上位机通过TCP/IP协议与下位机进行连接,实现对轴承实时状态的监控,时域、频域特征指标数据显示。重点阐述系统上位机的软件程序设计及实现。该系统经过试验,可以实时监控牵引电机轴承的状态,对轴承产生的故障能够及时做出报警。
In order to monitor the real-time status of the bearing and ensure the normal operation of the traction motor, a traction motor bearing monitoring system was designed and implemented.The lower computer of the monitoring system mainly completes the data collection of the traction motor bearing and the preprocessing of the original data, feature index calculation in both time domain and frequency domain, data storage and data transmission functions.The upper computer is used to connect with the lower computer through the TCP/IP protocol to realize the real-time state monitoring of the bearing, and the real-time data display of the characteristic index data in the time domain and the frequency domain.Then it focuses on the design and realization of the software program of the upper computer of the system.The system has been tested and can monitor the state of the traction motor bearing in real time, and give an alarm in time if the bearing fails.
