基于直观教学法的PBL结合SSP教学模式在中医妇科学中的探索

Exploration of PBL Combined with SSP Mode in Gynecology of Traditional Chinese Medicine Based on Intuitive Teaching Method

目的研究以直观教学法为背景下,以问题为基础的学习(PBL)结合学生标准化病人(SSP)教学模式对中医妇科学教学的影响。方法选取2020年9月—2021年1月开设了中医妇科学实训课程的成都中医药大学2018级中医学专业138名学生为研究对象,采取随机数字表法分为实验组(68名)和对照组(70名),实验组采用基于直观教学法的PBL结合SSP教学模式,对照组采用传统教学模式,对比2组的考核成绩、教学效果问卷调查评价、教学满意度评价。结果实验组在卷面成绩、专科检查、病情分析、医患沟通方面的考核成绩明显高于对照组(P<0.05),实验组对教学效果评价和满意度评价均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在中医妇科学的教学中采用基于直观教学法的PBL结合SSP教学模式,可以明显提高教学质量,增加教学成果,激发学生学习的积极性、提高学习效率、强化临床实践技能、增加课堂交流、加深了学生对妇科典型疾病的掌握,对培养中医妇科学的高质量临床人才具有重要意义,值得推广。

Objective To study the influence of PBL combined with SSP teaching mode on the teaching of gynecology of traditional Chinese medicine under the background of intuitive teaching method.Methods A total of 138 students majoring in traditional Chinese medicine in Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine who held the training course gynecology of traditional Chinese medicine from September 2020 to January 2021 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into experimental group(n=68)and control group(n=70)by random number table method.The experimental group adopted PBL combined with SSP teaching mode based on intuitive teaching method,while the control group adopted traditional teaching mode.The test scores,teaching effect questionnaire evaluation and teaching satisfaction evaluation of the two groups was compared.Results The test scores of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the teaching effect questionnaire evaluation and teaching satisfaction evaluation of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the teaching of gynecology of traditional Chinese medicine,the teaching mode of PBL combined with SSP based on intuitive teaching method can obviously improve the teaching quality,increase teaching achievements,stimulate students’learning enthusiasm,improve the learning efficiency,strengthen clinical practice skills,increase classroom communication and deepen the students’mastery of typical disease of department of gynecology.It is of great significance to cultivate high quality clinical talents in gynecology of traditional Chinese medicine and is worth popularizing.
