基于雨课堂的混合教学模式在儿科学的实践 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨基于雨课堂的混合教学模式在儿科学的教学效果和应用前景。方法采用随机整群抽样法,以昆明医科大学海源医学院2017级本科临床医学专业相同教师教授的2个班级为研究对象。观察组采用雨课堂混合教学模式,对照组采用传统教学模式。采用满意度问卷调查、访谈和期末成绩作为教学效果的评价指标。结果观察组期末成绩高于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组在教学模式、师生互动、课堂气氛、提升学习兴趣方面的满意度均高于对照组,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于雨课堂的混合教学模式在儿科学中对提升教学满意度、提高教学效果、活跃课堂气氛、增加师生互动、提高学习兴趣方面具有优势,值得进一步应用和推广。 Objective To explore the teaching effect and application prospect of the blended teaching mode based on rain classroom in pediatrics teaching.Methods Taking two classes of Grade 2017 in Haiyuan Medical College of Kunming Medical University as the research objects,110 classmates were randomly selected as the observation group and 115 as the control group.The observation group used the rain classroom blended teaching mode,and the control group used the traditional teaching mode.Satisfaction questionnaire,interview and final score were used as the evaluation index of teaching effect.Results The final score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the observation group in teaching mode,teacher-student interaction,classroom atmosphere,improving learning interest was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the teaching practice of pediatrics,the blended teaching mode based on rain classroom has advantages in improving teaching satisfaction,improving teaching effect,activating classroom atmosphere,increasing teacher-student interaction and improving learning interest,which is worthy of further application and promotion.
