补肾活血方联合PVP治疗老年性骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折临床观察

Clinical Observation on Tonifying Kidney and Promoting Blood Circulation Recipe Combined with VPV in the Treatment of Senile Osteoporotic Vertebral Compression Fracture

目的观察补肾活血方加减联合椎体成形术(PVP)对老年性骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折的疗效优势,评价其临床应用价值。方法选取2018年6月—2019年11月120例老年性骨质疏松椎体压缩骨折的住院患者,随机分为常规组(60例)和观察组(60例),常规组接受PVP及常规治疗,观察组接受PVP手术,入院后常规治疗并给予补肾活血方中药口服治疗,分析比较2组治疗前后Oswestry功能障碍指数情况、FRAIL衰弱量表情况。结果术前常规组与观察组腰部功能障碍比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),具有可比性。术后2月,观察组和常规组Oswestry功能障碍指数都有改善,观察组Oswestry功能障碍改善明显优于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术前常规组与观察组整体衰弱程度比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),具有可比性。术后2月,观察组和常规组整体衰弱状况都有改善,观察组衰弱状况改善明显优于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论补肾活血方中药联合西药能在一定程度上改善患者术后疼痛、腰部活动度、衰弱状况。

Objective To observe the curative effect of tonifying kidney and promoting blood circulation recipe combined with VPV in the treatment of senile osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture,and to evaluate its clinical application value.Methods A total of 120 hospitalized patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures from June 2018 to November 2019 were selected and randomly divided into a conventional group(60 cases)and an observation group(60 cases).The conventional group received PVP and conventional treatment.The observation group received PVP surgery,routine treatment after admission,and oral treatment with Chinese medicine for invigorating the kidney and promoting blood circulation.The pain,Oswestry dysfunction index,and FRAIL frailty scale were analyzed and compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results There was no significant difference in lumbar dysfunction between the conventional group and the observation group before surgery(P>0.05),which was comparable.Two months after surgery,both the observation group and the conventional group had improved Oswestry disability index,and the observation group was significantly better than the conventional group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the overall frailty degree between the conventional group and the observation group before surgery(P>0.05),which was comparable.2 months after surgery,the overall frailty of both the observation group and the conventional group were improved,and the frailty of the observation group was significantly better than that of the conventional group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine for invigorating the kidney and activating blood recipe combined with western medicine can improve the postoperative pain,waist mobility and weakness to a certain extent in patients after PVP.
