针药联合治疗陈旧性视网膜动脉阻塞1例

Combination of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture in the Treatment of Obsolete Retinal Artery Occlusion for One Case

视网膜动脉阻塞发病急骤,对视力影响大,容易致盲。西医对发病初期的疗效尚可,但对陈旧性视网膜动脉阻塞乏善可陈。中医认为陈旧性视网膜动脉阻塞为瘀血凝结于脉络日久,病位在血脉。而血脉贵在气血充足和畅,脉道通利,“血不行则坏水生”,故采用行气通络兼以利水的治疗原则。报告1例采用中医针药联合治疗陈旧性视网膜动脉阻塞的过程,为该病的中医治疗提供新思路。

Retinal artery occlusion has a rapid onset,has a significant impact on visual acuity,and can easily lead to blindness.Western medicine treatment is effective in the early stage of the disease,but it is not good for old retinal artery obstruction.In traditional Chinese medicine,the location of the disease is in the blood vessels,and old retinal artery obstruction is due to stagnant blood clotting in the veins and lanes for a long time,while the blood vessels are precious for sufficient and smooth flow of qi and blood and smooth flow of veins.We report a case of old retinal artery obstruction treated with a combination of traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture,which provides a new idea for the Chinese medicine treatment of this disease.
