中药内服外用治疗糖尿病足临床观察

Clinical Observation on Oral Administration and External Application of Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Diabetic Foot

目的探究中药内服外用治疗糖尿病足效果。方法选取2019年1月—2020年12月期间于营口市中医院收治的92例糖尿病足患者,应用Excel随机数字表将其分为参照组(46例)、研究组(46例),参照组予以常规治疗,研究组在常规治疗基础上予以中药内服外用。观察2组患者炎性因子水平、临床治疗效果、不良反应。结果治疗前,2组患者白细胞介素6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组患者IL-6、TNF-α均低于参照组,而且研究组治疗总有效率高于参照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组不良反应发生情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论中药内服外用治疗糖尿病足更有助于促进炎症反应改善,提升临床治疗效果,且不增加不良反应,具有推广使用价值。

Objective To explore the effect of oral administration and external application of Chinese medicine in the treatment of diabetic foot.Methods A total of 92 diabetic foot patients who were treated in Yingkou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected and divided into a reference group(46 cases)and a study group(46 cases)using an Excel random number table.The patients in the reference group were given conventional treatment,and the patients in the study group were given oral administration and external application of Chinese medicine on the basis of conventional treatment.The levels of inflammatory factors,clinical treatment effects,and adverse reactions of the two groups of patients were observed.Results Before treatment,there were no significant differences in interleukin 6(IL-6)and tumor necrosis factorα(TNF-α)between 2 groups(P>0.05).After treatment,IL-6 and TNF-αin the study group were lower than those in the reference group,and the total effective rate in the study group was higher than that in the reference group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).There was no statistical significance in the occurrence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The oral administration and external application of Chinese medicine in the treatment of diabetic foot is more helpful to promote the improvement of inflammation,improve the clinical treatment effect,and does not increase the adverse reactions,which has the value of promotion.
