混元灸联合金黄膏外敷治疗寒湿型腰痛临床观察

Clinical Observation on Hunyuan Moxibustion Combined with External Application of Jinhuang Ointment in the Treatment of Cold-dampness Low Back Pain

目的探究混元灸联合金黄膏外敷治疗寒湿型腰痛的临床效果。方法选择2019年5月—2021年5月于南昌市洪都中医院接受治疗的寒湿型腰痛患者90例,按随机数字表法分为3组,各30例。常规组口服塞来昔布胶囊,混元灸组采用混元灸治疗,治疗组在混元灸组治疗基础上联合金黄膏外敷。对比3组的临床疗效、治疗前后视觉模拟评分(VAS)及日本骨科学会腰痛评分量表(JOA)评分。结果治疗组治疗总有效率为93.33%(28/30),高于混元灸组的76.67%(23/30)及常规组的66.67%(20/30),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后VAS评分低于混元灸组及常规组,混元灸组VAS评分低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后JOA评分高于混元灸组及常规组,混元灸组JOA评分高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论混元灸联合金黄膏外敷在寒湿型腰痛的治疗中效果确切,患者腰痛程度得到有效改善,利于腰椎功能恢复,值得推广。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Hunyuan moxibustion combined with external application of Jinhuang ointment in the treatment of cold-dampness low back pain.Methods 90 patients with cold-dampness low back pain who were treated in Nanchang Hongdu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2019 to May 2021 were selected and divided into three groups according to the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.Celecoxib capsules were taken orally in the routine group,Hunyuan moxibustion was used in the Hunyuan moxibustion group,and the treatment group applied external application of Jinhuang ointment on the basis of the Hunyuan moxibustion group.The clinical effect,visual analog scale(VAS)before and after treatment,and the Japanese Orthopaedic Society Low Back Pain Rating Scale(JOA)score were compared among the three groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 93.33%(28/30),which was higher than that of Hunyuan moxibustion group(76.67%,23/30)and conventional group(66.67%,20/30),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The VAS score of the treatment group was lower than that of the Hunyuan moxibustion group and the conventional group,and the VAS score of the Hunyuan moxibustion group was lower than that of the conventional group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The JOA score of the treatment group was higher than that of the Hunyuan moxibustion group and the conventional group,and the JOA score of the Hunyuan moxibustion group was higher than that of the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Hunyuan moxibustion combined with external application of Jinhuang ointment has achieved definite results in the treatment of cold-dampness low back pain.The degree of back pain is effectively improved,which is beneficial to the recovery of lumbar spine function and is worthy of promotion.
