针刺联合康复锻炼治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床观察

Clinical Observation on Acupuncture Combined with Rehabilitation Exercise in the Treatment of Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的探讨针刺疗法联合康复锻炼对腰椎间盘突出症患者疼痛及腰椎功能康复的影响。方法选择2019年3月—2020年5月于九江市第一人民医院就诊的腰椎间盘突出症患者94例,按随机数字表法分为2组,各47例。对照组给予卧床休息及功能锻炼,观察组在此基础上联合针刺疗法。比较2组干预前后疼痛程度、腰椎功能。结果干预前,2组视觉模拟评分法(VAS)、疼痛分级指数(PPI)、Osweatry功能障碍指数(ODI)评分及直腿抬高角度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组VAS(3.46±0.65)分、PPI(1.06±0.28)分、ODI(5.62±2.17)分低于对照组,直腿抬高角度(70.31±9.24)°大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针刺疗法联合康复锻炼可有效减轻腰椎间盘突出症患者疼痛程度,改善腰椎功能,值得临床应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of acupuncture combined with rehabilitation exercise on pain and lumbar functional rehabilitation in patients with lumbar disc herniation.Methods 94 patients with lumbar disc herniation in the First People’s Hospital of Jiujiang from March 2019 to May 2020 were selected and divided into two groups by random number table method,with 47 patients in each group.The control group was given bed rest and functional exercise,and the observation group was combined with acupuncture therapy on this basis.Pain degree and lumbar function were compared between the two groups before and after intervention.Results Before intervention,visual analog scale(VAS),pain grading index(PPI),Osweatry dysfunction index(ODI)scores and straight leg elevation Angle were not statistically significant between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,VAS(3.46±0.65)points,PPI(1.06±0.28)points and ODI(5.62±2.17)points in observation group were lower than those in control group,and straight leg elevation Angle(70.31±9.24)°was higher than that in control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with rehabilitation exercise can effectively reduce the pain degree of patients with lumbar disc herniation and improve the function of lumbar spine,which is worthy of clinical application.
