芪苈强心胶囊联合利尿剂治疗冠心病心力衰竭临床观察

Clinical Observation on Qili Qiangxin Capsules Combined with Diuretics in Treating Coronary Heart Disease and Heart Failure

目的探讨芪苈强心胶囊联合利尿剂治疗冠心病心力衰竭的有效性。方法选择中国医科大学附属第一医院2020年2月—2021年3月收治的74例冠心病心力衰竭患者作为研究对象并分为2组,各37例。实行单一用药治疗和联合用药治疗的分别为参照组和观察组,对比应用效果。结果和参照组相比较,观察组治疗后的心排血指数、心脏每搏量、射血分数较高(P<0.05),血液黏度较低(P<0.05);观察组中医证候积分低于参照组(P<0.05),2组不良反应发生率分别为27.03%(10/37)、5.41%(2/37),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在冠心病心力衰竭患者的治疗中给予联合用药,不仅可以改善患者的心排血指数、射血分数等,还可以降低中医证候积分,减少不良反应,治疗效果较单一用药更为明显,具有较高的安全性,存在一定的推广价值和意义。

Objective To investigate the effectiveness of Qili Qiangxin capsule combined with diuretics in the treatment of coronary heart disease and heart failure.Methods A total of 74 patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure from February 2020 to March 2021 were enrolled in The First Hospital of China Medical University and divided into two groups,with 37 cases in each group.The single-drug treatment and the combined-drug treatment were the reference group and the observation group,respectively.The application effects was compared.Results Compared with the reference group,the cardiac output index,stroke volume and ejection fraction were higher in the observation group after treatment(P<0.05),and the blood viscosity was lower(P<0.05).The traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome score of the observation group was lower than that of the reference group(P<0.05),and the incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups were 27.03%(10/37)and 5.41%(2/37),respectively,and the difference was statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Combination medication in the treatment of patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure cannot only improve the patient’s cardiac output index,ejection fraction,etc.,but also reduce TCM syndrome scores and reduce adverse reactions.The therapeutic effect is more obvious than single medication.Higher security has certain promotion value and significance.
