中药联合抗生素治疗剖宫产术后发热临床观察

Clinical Observation on Chinese Medicine Combined with Antibiotics in the Treatment of Fever after Cesarean Section

目的分析中药联合抗生素治疗剖宫产术后发热的价值。方法选择的研究对象是2019年7月—2021年5月在江西省妇幼保健院青山湖院区实施剖宫产手术并在术后出现发热的60例患者,根据随机分组方式分成参照组与试验组,每组30例,参照组采取抗生素治疗,试验组采取中药(小柴胡汤加减)联合抗生素治疗,比较2组的治疗效果。结果试验组患者的治疗总有效率为90.00%(27/30),参照组的治疗总有效率为46.67%(14/30),2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对剖宫产术后发热患者采取中药联合抗生素治疗,可以显著改善患者发热症状,治疗效果明显,值得推荐。

Objective To analyze the value of Chinese medicine combined with antibiotics in the treatment of fever after cesarean section.Methods The selected study objects were 60 patients who underwent cesarean section and developed fever after the operation in Qingshan Lake Hospital of Jiangxi Maternal and Child Health Hospital from July 2019 to May 2021.According to the random grouping method,they were divided into a reference group and an experimental group.There were 30 patients in each group.The reference group was treated with antibiotics,and the experimental group was treated with Chinese medicine(Xiaochaihu decoction)combined with antibiotics.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 90.00%(27/30),and that of the reference group was 46.67%(14/30).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Taking traditional Chinese medicine combined with antibiotics for fever patients after cesarean section can significantly improve the fever symptoms of patients,and the therapeutic effect obtained is obvious,which is worth recommending.
