基于PACS系统的CBL教学法在医学影像实习教学中的应用研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨基于图像存档与传输系统(picture archiving and communication system,PACS)的以案例为基础的教学法(case-based learning,CBL)在医学影像实习教学中的应用价值。方法选择在福建医科大学附属第一医院实习的2016级及2017级医学影像专业学生作为研究对象,其中2016级16名学生作为对照组,采用传统的教学模式,2017级18名学生为研究组,采用基于PACS系统的CBL教学法,学期末对两组学生的考试成绩及学习满意度评分进行对比分析。结果研究组与对照组的理论考试成绩分别为(53.21±2.53)分及(52.09±2.24)分,两者对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),研究组与对照组的读片考试成绩分别为(35.83±1.38)分及(28.9±2.08)分,两者对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.001),研究组与对照组的学习满意度评分分别为(85.94±2.53)分及(71.94±2.93)分,两者对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论基于PACS系统的CBL教学法可以提高学生的实践能力,有助于提高学生的学习积极性、临床思维能力、自学能力及科研能力等。 Objective To explore the application value of case based learning(CBL)teaching method based on picture archiving and communication system(PACS)in the practice teaching of medical imaging students.Methods A total of 34 medical imaging students of grade 2016 and grade 2017,who underwent practice learning in the First Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University,were selected as the study subjects.A total of 16 students of grade 2016 were served as the control group and the traditional teaching mode was adopted.A total of 18 students from grade 2017were served as the experimental group and the CBL teaching method based on PACS system was adopted.At the end of the semester,the test scores and learning satisfaction scores of the two groups’students were compared and analyzed.Results The theoretical test scores of the experimental group and the control group were(53.21±2.53)points and(52.09±2.24)points respectively,and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The imaging reading test scores of the experimental group and the control group were(35.83±1.38)points and(28.9±2.08)points respectively,and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.001).The learning satisfaction scores of the experimental group and the control group were(85.94±2.53)points and(71.94±2.93)points respectively,and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.001).Conclusion The CBL teaching method based on PACS system can significantly improve the practical ability of the medical imaging students,facilitate the improvement of their learning enthusiasm,clinical thinking ability,selfstudy ability and scientific research ability,etc.
