摘要 消化内镜技术发展日新月异,但内镜教学仍然存在极大的异质性。如何建立合格规范的消化内镜教学模式、助力年轻医生成长,是现阶段消化内镜发展的重要课题。PBL-CBL-EBM整合教学法针对内镜医生的成长曲线,在每一个阶段提出对应的问题(以问题为基础的学习,problem-based learning,PBL),结合循证医学(evidence-based medicine,EBM)制定规范的操作流程,围绕问题积累病例(以授课为基础的学习,case-based learning,CBL),在不断学习中积累经验。在此学习过程中,逐渐发现现有内镜技术的不足和缺陷,提出问题并进行临床研究、器械创新,并最终推动内镜技术的进步和创新。文章提出PBL-CBL-EBM整合教学法消化内镜教学中的应用前景,并提出部分教学案例,以期促进内镜教学规范化、科学化。 During the last decades,great changes have taken place in gastrointestinal endoscopy.However,the quality of gastrointestinal endoscopy training is worrisome.One of the most important targets of endoscopy development is to establish a standard qualified endoscopy training pattern for young gastroenterologists.The PBL-CML-EBM integrated teaching method is able to point out critical questions in each step of endoscopy training(problem-based learning,PBL).Moreover,combined with evidence-based learning(EBM)and case-based learning(CBL),the integrated teaching method helps students develop standardized processes,abundance case collection and experience.Through these learning procedures,students are able to master basic endoscopic skills and discover existing limitations,which in turn will advance technological innovation.In this study,we discussed the potential application of PBL-CML-EBM integrated teaching method in gastrointestinal endoscopy training and provided several teaching cases.We hope the application of integrated teaching methods will promote endoscopy training qualification and technique innovation.
