CBL结合移动平台应用于肾内科临床实习的教学效果 被引量:2

摘要 目的研究肾内科临床实习中以病例为中心(casebased learning,CBL)结合移动平台教学模式的应用效果。方法选取2019年6月—2021年6月于右江民族医学院肾内科进行临床实习的98名实习生,按随机数字表法分为对照组49名与试验组49名,分别采用传统教学模式、CBL结合移动平台教学模式,对比教学满意度、考核成绩、评判性思维能力、临床沟通能力。结果试验组93.88%教学总满意率较对照组71.43%更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组比较,试验组理论知识与实践操作考核成绩均更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组比较,试验组临床沟通能力各项评分、评判性思维能力各项评分均更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肾内科应用CBL结合移动平台教学模式,可提高学生评判性思维能力,并促进教学满意度提高。 Objective To study the effect of case-based learning(CBL)teaching mode combined with mobile platform in clinical practice of nephrology.Methods A total of 98 interns who had clinical practice in the department of nephrology in our hospital from June 2019 to June 2021were selected and randomly divided into the control group(49 cases)and the test group(49 cases)according to the method of random number table.Traditional teaching mode and CBL combined with mobile platform teaching mode were used respectively to compare teaching satisfaction,assessment results,critical thinking ability and clinical communication ability.Results The total satisfaction rate of 93.88%in the experimental group was higher than that of 71.43%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the scores of theoretical knowledge and practical operation in the experimental group were higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the scores of clinical communication ability and critical thinking ability in the test group were higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of CBL combined with mobile platform teaching mode in nephrology department can improve students’critical thinking ability and improve teaching satisfaction.
