基于雨课堂的TBL教学法应用于生理学教学中的效果 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨基于雨课堂的以团队为基础的教学法(team-based learning,TBL)应用于生理学教学中的效果。方法2021年9—12月选择南阳医学高等专科学校2020级专科临床医学专业大二年级学生作为研究对象,采用整群抽样法抽取两个班级(共394名),将其分为观察组200名和对照组194名,观察组采用基于雨课堂的TBL教学法,对照组采用传统讲授教学法。观察两组学生考核成绩、教学效果以及教学满意度。结果观察组学生理解记忆类、综合应用类、总成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组学生自主学习能力、临床思维能力、沟通表达能力、团队协作能力、解决问题能力、文献检索能力评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组学生对课堂形式、课程内容、课堂氛围、学习效率满意度、综合能力提升评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于雨课堂的TBL教学法应用于生理学教学中有利于提高学生考试成绩,增强教学效果,提升学生综合能力,提高教学满意度。 Objective To explore the effect of the team based learning(TBL)teaching method in physiology teaching.Methods From September 2021 to December 2021,sophomores majoring in clinical medicine in Grade 2020 of Nanyang Medical College were selected as the research objects,and two classes by group sampling method(394 students)were divided into observation group(n=200)and control group(n=194).TBL teaching method based on the rain class was adopted in the observation group,while the traditional teaching method was adopted in the control group.The assessment results,teaching effect and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were observed.Results The students’understanding and memory,comprehensive application and total scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of students’autonomous learning ability,clinical thinking ability,communication and expression ability,team cooperation ability,problem solving ability,and literature retrieval ability in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Students in the observation group scored higher than those in the control group on classroom form,course content,classroom atmosphere,learning efficiency satisfaction,and comprehensive ability improvement,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of TBL teaching method based on rain classroom in physiology teaching is beneficial to improving students’examination performance,enhancing teaching effect,improving students’comprehensive ability and improving teaching satisfaction.
