摘要
目的评价迷你临床应用训练评价(mini-clinical evaluation exercise,Mini-CEX)和运算技能的直接观察试验评价(direct observation of procedural skills,DOPS)量化表在医学生临床能力培训与考核中的价值。方法选取2021年5—9月在潮州市人民医院进行临床实习的医学生共38名作为观察组,2020年12月—2021年4月来院实习的46名医学生作为对照组。观察组采用MiniCEX和DOPS量化表进行教学考核和评价,对照组采用传统实习带教方式,按照Mini-CEX和DOPS量化表考核结果,比较观察组实习前后成绩变化及两组医学生成绩。结果观察组实习5个月后的,最后一次Mini-CEX及DOPS考核成绩优于第一次考核成绩;观察组在成绩方面明显优于只在最后一次教学考核中使用了MiniCEX及DOPS量化表进行考核的对照组;观察组在临床实践技能水平、医患沟通能力和病历质量优良率上,优良率高于对比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用Mini-CEX联合DOPS量化表考核评价模式明显提高临床能力培训与考核的效率及效果。
Objective To evaluate the value of mini-clinical evaluation exercise(Mini-CEX)and direct observation of procedural skills(DOPS)quantitative forms in clinical competence training and assessment of medical students.Methods A total of 38 medical students who underwent clinical internship at Chaozhou People’s Hospital from May to September 2021 were selected as the observation group,and 46 medical students who came to the hospital for internship from December 2020 to April 2021 were selected as the control group.The observation group was assessed and evaluated based on the Mini-CEX and DOPS quantitative tables.The control group was assessed based on the Mini-CEX and DOPS quantitative tables using the traditional teaching method during internship,and the results were assessed according to the MiniCEX and DOPS quantitative forms to compare the changes in the performance of the observation group before and after the internship and the performance of the two groups of medical students.Results After 5 months of internship,the last MiniCEX and DOPS assessment results of the observation group were better than the first assessment results,the observation group was significantly better than the control group which the Mini-CEX and DOPS quantitative forms was only used in the last teaching assessment.The excellent rates of clinical practice skills,doctor-patient communication and medical record quality were higher in the observation group than in the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of Mini-CEX combined with DOPS quantitative forms assessment and evaluation mode significantly improved the efficiency and effectiveness of clinical competence training and assessment.
