新时期在儿科专硕临床实践中融入思政教育的必要性

Necessity of Integrating Ideological and Political Education for Master’s Degree in Pediatrics in Clinical Practice in the New Era

习近平总书记在学校思想政治理论课教师座谈会上提出思想政治理论课是落实立德树人的关键课程;针对儿科医护人员长期“缺口大”的问题,国务院发布文件,2020年大幅度扩大儿科研究生招生规模,在此新时期,医学研究生教育必然面临变革,强国必须强教,培养高素质人才,来应对百年未有大变局带来的挑战。如何培养、怎样培养出德才兼备的儿科专业硕士研究生,思政教育改革势在必行。结合锦州医科大学目前儿科专硕思政教育的现状和存在的问题,提出在儿科专硕的临床实践中融入思政教育的必要性和对存在问题的初探,为培养出更多高人文素养、适应新时期要求的儿科医学专业人才努力。

General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out that ideological and political theory courses are the key courses for implementing morality and cultivating people in a symposium for teachers of ideological and political theory courses in schools.In 2020,the State Council issued a document that the enrollment scale of pediatric graduate students will be greatly expanded in response to the longterm"big gap"of pediatric medical staff.In the new era,medical postgraduate education will inevitably face changes,and a strong country must strengthening education and cultivating high-quality talents to cope with the challenges brought by the unprecedented changes in a century.How do we cultivate and how to cultivate masters of pediatrics with both political integrity and ability,the reform of ideological and political education is imperative.Combined with the current situation and existing problems of ideological and political education for master of clinical specialty in pediatrics in Jinzhou Medical University,it is put forward the necessity of integrating ideological and political education in the clinical practice and the preliminary exploration of the existing problems in master of clinical specialty of pediatrics,in order to cultivate more pediatric medical professionals with high humanistic quality and adapt to the requirements of the new era.
