基于“两性一度”的《急危重症护理学》“金课”建设研究

急危重症护理学是护理专业的核心课程,学生学习成效直接体现了其临床岗位胜任力的高低,具有很强的专科性、综合性和实践性。为了提高学生临床岗位胜任力和职业发展能力,以“金课”“两性一度”的建设标准,围绕课程现存的重点问题、课程目标、课程资源建设及应用情况、课程组织实施、课程评价等方面进行建设研究。通过实施,突出了课程特点,形成了“三重构、四讲、三融合”急危重症护理学课程教学体系,突破了传统教学痛点,促进教学相长,体现了课程教学的高阶性、创新性、挑战度,教学成效显著。

Emergency and critical care nursing is the core course of nursing specialty,and students learning results directly reflect their competence of clinical posts,with strong specialization,comprehensiveness and practicality.In order to improve the clinical post competency and career development ability of students,the construction of"golden course"and"two properties and one degree"was carried out according to the construction standard,centering on the existing key problems of the course,course objectives,course resources construction and application,course organization and implementation,course evaluation and other aspects.Through implementation,the curriculum features are highlighted and the"three reconstruction,four lectures and three integration"course teaching system of critical care nursing is formed,which breaks through the traditional teaching pain points,promotes teaching and learning,and reflects the advanced,innovative and challenging degree of course teaching,with remarkable teaching results.
