临床医学专业新发传染病防控课程设置的思考 被引量:2

摘要 新发传染病的频繁出现和迅速传播给全球公共卫生安全带来极大危害和挑战,医护人员临床专业技能精湛,但预防医学理论实践能力尚显薄弱,从预防医学角度改进临床专业新发传染病教学,提高临床医学生防治新发传染病能力势在必行。天津医科大学在临床专业本科生临床见习结束后尝试构建新发传染病防控课程,采用以问题为导向、以现场为中心讨论式、参与式教学方法,通过理论授课、以新发传染病典型案例为代表的讨论课和防控现场处置模拟演练等授课形式,加强预防医学意识,提高对新发传染病应急处理能力,培养临床医学生成为促进全体人民健康的合格医生。 The frequent emergence and rapid spread of new infectious diseases bring great harm and challenges to global public health security.Medical staff have excellent clinical professional skills,but the theoretical and practical ability of preventive medicine is still weak.It is imperative to improve the teaching of emerging infectious diseases from the perspective of preventive medicine and improve the ability of clinical medical students to prevent and treat emerging infectious diseases.After the end of the clinical internship,Tianjin Medical University tries to construct the course on prevention and control of emerging infectious diseases,adopting problem-oriented,site-centered discussion and participatory teaching methods,through theoretical teaching,discussion classes represented by typical cases of emerging infectious diseases and on-the-spot treatment simulation drills for epidemic prevention and control,so as to strengthen the awareness of preventive medicine and improve the ability to deal with emerging infectious diseases in emergency.Clinical medical students can be trained to be qualified doctors to promote the health of all the people.
