摘要
为提升我国青年女性的睡眠质量,文章以青年女性为研究对象,着重于研究该群体对睡枕的功能需求,以提出睡枕的设计策略。首先通过问卷调研法与用户旅程图获得用户需求,用KANO模型将用户需求属性进行分类与整理。然后归类需求属性,再使用Better-Worse系数分析确定用户满意度敏感程度,最后分析解读数据,获得了不同功能需求的优先级。最终将不同需求转化为对应的设计特征,为设计提出具体策略和原则,并为相关领域研究提供参考。
In order to improve the sleep quality of young women in China,this paper takes young women as the research object,focusing on the functional requirements of the group for sleeping pillows,and puts forward the design strategy of sleeping pillows.First,the user needs were obtained through questionnaire survey and user journey map,and then the Kano model was used to classify and sort out the attributes of user needs.Then classify the demand attributes,use Better Worse coefficient analysis to determine the sensitivity of user satisfaction,and finally analyze and interpret the data.The priority of different functional requirements was obtained.Translate different requirements into corresponding design features,propose specific strategies and principles for design,and provide reference for research in related fields.
