摘要
文章通过优化直播电商B端平台的使用流程、功能架构及界面呈现,以提升主播、场控、运营工作人员在直播过程中的协同工作效率。根据用户的行为及需求形成体验地图,基于一致性、可达性、可获性、可控性原则,对直播电商B端界面的战略层、范围层、结构层、框架层、表现层进行用户体验设计。由于B端各业务之间不具互通性,因此需要结合实际分析,综合考虑不同角色在场景中的使用需求、工作目标及协作状态,才能符合实际的进行用户体验设计。最终构建出直播电商B端产品的工作台等页面,实现了不同角色在开始直播之前任务的快速分发,提高了用户工作效率。
The article optimize the application flow,function structure and interface presentation of b-end platform to improve the co-working efficiency of host,field control and operation staff in the process of live broadcast.Based on the principles of consistency,accessibility,accessibility and controllability,design the user experience of the strategic layer,the scope layer,the structure layer,the frame layer and the presentation layer of the B-terminal interface.Since there is no interoperability between the b-end services,it is necessary to combine the actual analysis,considering the use of different roles in the scene,work objectives and cooperation status,in order to meet the actual user experience design.Finally,the workbench of B-end products of live e-commerce is constructed,which can distribute tasks quickly before the start of live broadcast and improve the work efficiency of users.
