High-Quality Development of Dairy Industry:Connotation and Realization Paths

新形势下实现奶业高质量发展对缓解资源约束、提高奶业经济效益、满足人民对安全乳制品需求具有重要意义。虽然“三聚氰胺”事件后我国奶业发展的质量水平不断提高,但仍面临众多问题,需要进一步提质增效。因此,本文在阐释奶业高质量发展内涵、特征的基础上,提出我国奶业产业链高质量发展的具体实现路径,旨在为推动我国奶业高质量发展提供理论借鉴和实践指导。

Under the new situation, the realization of high-quality development of dairy industry is of greatsignificance to alleviate resource constraints, improve the economic benefits of dairy industry and meet thep eople’s demand for safe dairy products. Although after the " Matte of Melamine",the quality level of Chi-na’s dairy industry has been improving since 2008, it still faces many problems and needs to further im-p rove the quality and efficiency. Therefore, on the basis of explaining the connotation and characteristicsof high-quality development of dairy industry, this paper puts forward the specific implementation patho f high-quality development of China’s dairy industry chain, aiming to provide theoretical reference andpractical guidance for promoting the high-quality development of China’s dairy industry.
