摘要
本研究考察了大学生权变性自尊对学校适应的影响机制。结果表明:大学生权变性自尊在性别、生源地上存在显著差异。女生权变性自尊分数显著高于男生,农村生源权变性自尊分数明显高于城镇生源;大学生权变性自尊对自尊、主动性人格以及学校适应具有负向作用,自尊和主动性人格对学校适应具有正向作用;大学生权变性自尊不仅直接对学校适应产生影响,也会通过自尊和主动性人格的中介作用对学校适应产生间接影响。
This study examines the influence mechanism of college students′ contingent self-esteem on school adaptation. The results show that there are significant differences in gender and origin of college students′ contingent self-esteem. The contingent self-esteem score of girls is significantly higher than that of boys, and the contingent self-esteem score of students from rural areas is significantly higher than that of students from urban areas;the contingent self-esteem of college students has a negative effect on self-esteem, proactive personality and school adaptation, while self-esteem and proactive personality have a positive effect on school adaptation. College students′ contingent self-esteem not only directly affects school adaptation, but also indirectly affects school adaptation through the mediating role of self-esteem and proactive personality.
