高校辅导员思政教育工作专题化改革探析

An Analysis of the Thematic Reform of Ideological and Political Education of College Counselors

高校辅导员是高校学生日常思想政治教育和管理工作的组织者、实施者和指导者,高校辅导员思想政治教育工作质量直接影响高校育人工作的质量。高校辅导员要提升思想政治教育工作质量,可基于课程思政改革的视域,从理想信念教育、就业创业教育、班级文化教育、劳动教育、心理健康教育、网络文明教育、安全与法治教育、文体素养教育等八个方面进行辅导员思想政治教育专题化改革,以达到“三全育人”“大思政课”改革的成效。

College counselors are the organizers, implementers and guides of college students’ daily ideological and political education and management. The quality of college counselors’ ideological and political education directly affects the quality of college education. In order to improve the quality of ideological and political education, based on the perspective of curriculum ideological and political reform, college counselors can carry out thematic reform of ideological and political education in eight aspects, including ideal and belief education, employment and entrepreneurship education, class culture education, labor education, mental health education, network civilization education, safety and rule of law education, sports and cultural literacy education, so as to achieve the effect of “three all-around education” and “big ideological and political courses” reform.
