An Analysis of the Integration of Mental Health Education in Colleges and Universities

高校心理健康教育工作是一项全局性系统性的工作,新形势下,做好学生心理健康教育与咨询服务必须用新思路引领机制体制创新,贯彻“三全育人”理念,探索一体化建设路径:一是加强顶层设计,构建高校一体化工作机制,为各高校贯彻三全育人理念奠定组织基础;二是各育人主体之间协调配合,共同形成一体化育人机制,实现全员育人;三是心理健康教育教学“三个课堂”一体化,实现全过程育人;四是线上线下、校内校外多种心理健康教育资源整合一体化,实现全方位育人,共筑学生心理健康防线。

Mental health education in colleges and universities is a comprehensive and systematic work. Under the new situation, to do a good job of students’ mental health education and consulting services, we must use new ideas to lead the innovation of mechanism and system, implement the concept of “three complete education”, and explore the integrated construction path: first, we need to strengthen the top-level design, build the integrated mechanism of colleges and universities, and lay an organizational foundation for colleges and universities to implement the concept of “three complete education”;Second, the main bodies of education should coordinate and cooperate with each other to form an integrated education mechanism and realize the education of all staff;Third, the “three classes” of mental health education and teaching are integrated to realize the whole process of educating people;Fourth, we need to integrate various mental health education resources of online and offline, inside and outside the school to achieve all-round education and build a defense line for students’ mental health.
