浅析高校教师提升信息化教学能力的策略

An Analysis of the Strategies of Improving the Information-based Teaching Ability of College Teachers

高校教师的信息化教学能力决定着人才培养的质量。高校教师如何面对新形势,适应时代的要求,提升信息化教学能力成为当下值得研究的课题之一。文章从问卷调查入手,分析高校教师信息化教学现状及存在的问题,在此基础上,提出转变教育教学理念、重塑信息化教学培训观念、建构信息化教学环境、健全绩效考核体制等策略来提升高校教师信息化教学能力。

The information-based teaching ability of college teachers determines the quality of talent training. How to face the new situation, adapt to the requirements of the times and improve the information-based teaching ability of college teachers has become one of the topics worth studying. Starting with the questionnaire survey, this paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of information-based teaching of college teachers, and on this basis, puts forward some strategies to improve the information-based teaching ability of college teachers, such as transforming education and teaching concept, reshaping information-based teaching and training concept, constructing information-based teaching environment and perfecting performance appraisal system.
