摘要
商鞅变法后,秦国迅速变为一个强大的诸侯国,它从政治、经济、文化等方面奠定了秦国乃至整个中国的文化基础。商鞅变法蕴含着古人管理的智慧,从人力资源的角度来说,一个企业的长期有效运转,必然会形成它的管理体系及文化氛围,特别是规章制度设定、时间管理、人才管理、文化变革等方面,均可窥见商鞅变法对于现代人力资源管理的现实意义。
After Shang Yang’s Reform, the State of Qin quickly transformed into a powerful vassal state, which laid the cultural foundation of the State of Qin and even the whole of China in terms of politics, economy and culture. Shang Yang’s Reform contains the management wisdom of the ancients. From the perspective of human resources, the long-term effective operation of an enterprise will inevitably form its management system and cultural atmosphere, especially in the setting of rules and regulations, time management, talent management, and cultural change, all of which can see the practical significance of Shang Yang’s reform for modern human resource management.
