浅议开放大学校外教学点办学行为规范化途径

A Brief Discussion on the Standardized Ways of Teaching Behavior in the Off-campus Teaching Sites of Open University

开放大学校外教学点在办学过程中出现了办学条件不达标、管理队伍不健全、招生工作不规范、支持服务不到位、考试组织不严格等问题,影响了开放教育的办学质量。为此,加强内涵建设,提升办学能力;加强招生管理,认真组织生源;加强过程管理,提高教学质量;强化学习指导,提供优质服务;加强考试管理,保证办学质量;加大监察力度,进行质量监控;是规范开放大学校外教学点办学行为的主要途径。

In the process of running an Open University off-campus teaching site, there are some problems, such as substandard school running conditions, imperfect management team, non-standard enrollment work, inadequate support services, and lax examination organization, which affect the quality of running a school of open education. Therefore, we should strengthen the connotation construction and improve the ability of running a school, strengthen enrollment management and carefully organize student sources, strengthen process management and improve teaching quality, strengthen learning guidance and provide quality services, strengthen examination management and ensure the quality of running a school, strengthen supervision and quality control, all of which are the main ways to standardize the school-running behavior of the off-campus teaching sites of Open University.
