摘要 随着改革开放的不断推进,许多中国企业迈出国门,开启了国际化之路。以中国跨国企业为例,探讨以中国为代表的新兴市场跨国企业的国际化战略、国际化进程中面临的挑战以及如何应对挑战、深度参与国际化三方面的问题。企业国际化进程中会面临外来者劣势和来源国劣势的双重困境,人力资源匮乏也是一个不小的挑战。而在应对方面,政策支持是企业解除后顾之忧的保障,此外,企业还需要意识到不同类型、不同发展程度的企业在选择战略上的不同,并争取克服双重劣势,同时注重逆向知识转移与学习创新,以更好地走向国际化道路。 With the continuous progress of reform and opening up, more and more Chinese enterprises have gone abroad and opened the road of internationalization. Taking Chinese multinational enterprises as examples, this paper discusses the internationalization strategies of emerging market multinational enterprises represented by China, the challenges they face in the process of internationalization, and how to deal with the challenges and in-depth participation in internationalization. In the process of internationalization, enterprises will face the double dilemma of liability of foreignness and liability of origin, and the lack of human resources is also a big challenge. In terms of response, the policy support is the guarantee for enterprises to relieve their worries. In addition, enterprises also need to be aware of the differences in the selection strategies of different types and levels of development of enterprises, and strive to overcome the dual disadvantages. At the same time, they should pay attention to reverse knowledge transfer and learning innovation, so as to better realize the internationalization road.
