摘要
为分离新疆野苹果(Malus sieversii (Ledeb.) Rome)BAG家族候选成员以及探究BAG7在逆境胁迫中的生理功能,采用转录组测序及转基因技术对新疆野苹果进行研究.结果显示,新疆野苹果中有7个MsBAG家族成员,其中MsBAG7可以受干旱、低温及DTT的诱导表达,而且MsBAG7在拟南芥中的过量表达可以改善植物的抗旱、耐寒及抗DTT能力.
In order to obtain the family members of BAG in Malus sieversii(Ledeb.) Rome and the physiological function of BAG7 involved in adversity stress conditions, transcriptome sequencing and transgenic technology were used for research of M. sieversii. There are 7 numbers screened from the Ms BAG family;Ms BAG7 can be induced expression by drought, low temperature and dithiothreitol;the ectopic expression of Ms BAG7 suggested Ms BAG7 can improve the ability in drought, low temperature and dithiothreitol environment.
