摘要
为研究各子系统相互作用对风电机组维护成本的影响,利用故障链理论分析子系统间的故障传递过程,建立考虑故障相关性的部件可靠度衰退模型。引入费效比作为维护决策依据,将可靠度作为约束条件,以维护成本最小化为目标,确定最优的多系统维护计划。在预防性维护过程中引入机会维护,进一步从系统层优化维护策略、降低维护总成本。以风电机组的4个子系统为例展示该模型的维护效果。算例分析结果表明,当各子系统之间考虑故障相关性时,各子系统的可靠度评估和维护计划更加准确、合理,通过采取机会维护策略能降低系统维护成本,验证了考虑故障相关性和机会维护的必要性和有效性。
In order to explore the impact of each system interaction on the maintenance cost of wind turbine,the fault chain theory to analyze the fault transmission process between systems, and establishes the component reliability decline model under the influence of fault correlation. The cost-effectiveness ratio is introduced as the maintenance decision-making method to determine the optimal multi system maintenance plan with the reliability as the constraint and the minimization of maintenance cost as the goal. At the same time, opportunity maintenance is introduced into the preventive maintenance process of multi systems to further optimize the maintenance strategy and reduce the total cost. Finally, the proposed model is demonstrated by four subsystems of wind turbine. The example shows that when considering the fault correlation between subsystems, the reliability evaluation and maintenance plan of each subsystem will be more reasonable. The opportunistic maintenance strategy can reduce the system maintenance cost, which verifies the necessity and effectiveness of considering failure correlation and opportunistic maintenance.
