摘要
我国是钒资源大国,金属钒因性能优异而被广泛应用于钢铁、国防、航空等领域。现有金属钒的制备方法以金属热还原为主,后续通过精炼得到高纯金属钒。本文对当前粗钒制备和粗钒精炼的几种典型方法进行分析和综述,指出高收率、低成本、低能耗、短流程是未来金属钒制备的发展方向。
China is rich in vanadium resources.Vanadium metal is widely used in steel, national defense, aviation and other fields because of its excellent performance.At present, vanadium metal is mainly prepared by metallothermic reduction, followed by refining to obtain high-purity vanadium metal.In this paper, several typical methods of the preparation and refining of crude vanadium are analyzed and summarized, and it is pointed out that the development direction of vanadium preparation is high yield, low cost, low energy consumption, and short process in the future.
