纳米炭黑复合粉体抗氧化涂层的制备及其性能

Preparation and properties of anti-oxidation coating of nano carbon black composite powder

摘要 制备了一种使用温度约1500K的炭/炭复合材料抗氧化复合涂层,它由纳米炭黑与氮化硼和陶瓷相阻挡层构成。通过与单一陶瓷相涂层的对比试验研究了它的抗氧化机理。涂覆有该复合涂层的炭/炭复合材料试样在空气中1500K下氧化10h的失重为12.37wt%,氧化失重率为4.24×10^(-5)g/cm^(2)·min,而且其氧化失重率随氧化时间延长而降低;4小时内经过30次从1500K至室温急冷急热循环后失重为6.38wt%,涂层基本完好,说明涂层在不超过1500K温度时具有良好的抗氧化性和抗热震性能。该种涂层适合于中温下炭/炭复合材料的抗氧化保护。 A carbon/carbon composite anti-oxidation composite coating with a temperature of about 1500K was prepared, which was composed of carbon black nanoparticles, boron nitride and ceramic phase barrier layers. The mechanism of oxidation resistance was studied by comparison with single ceramic phase coating. The weight loss of carbon/carbon composite coated with the composite coating is 12.37wt% and the oxidation weight loss rate is 4.24×10^(-5)g/cm^(2)·min at 1500K in air for 10h, and the oxidation weight loss rate decreases with the oxidation time. The weight loss is 6.38wt% after 30 cycles of rapid cooling and heat from 1500K to room temperature within 4 hours, and the coating is basically intact, indicating that the coating has good oxidation resistance and thermal shock resistance when the temperature does not exceed 1500K. This coating is suitable for oxidation protection of carbon/carbon composites at moderate temperature.
