摘要
在我国航空发动机密封装置中石墨密封环是一个重要的密封结构组成部分,是目前航空发动机最先进的密封技术之一。石墨密封环的加工质量直接影响到发动机密封装置的可靠性和安全性,进而影响整台发动机的性能。本文主要介绍了石墨密封环中的双联圆周形式石墨密封环的机械加工工艺,其中主要包括加工过程、质量控制,为提高石墨圆周密封环加工质量,保证顺利生产做好技术储备。
The graphite sealing ring is an important part of the sealing structure of aero-engine in our country and it is one of the most advanced sealing technologies at present. The processing quality of graphite seal ring directly affects the reliability and safety of engine seal device, and then affects the performance of the whole engine. This paper mainly introduces the mechanical processing technology of the double circular graphite seal ring in the graphite seal ring, which mainly includes the processing process and quality control. In order to improve the processing quality of the graphite circular seal ring and ensure the smooth production, the technical reserve is made.
