摘要
针对星上透明转发的非地面网络架构,提出了基于星历信息触发切换和基于多决策指标进行切换链路判决的切换方案。设计了切换实施流程,通过系统仿真实验评估了不同切换方案的性能。仿真结果表明,与基于最大卫星仰角、最长卫星覆盖时间和最长链路存续时间的切换链路选择方案相比,所提方案可有效降低基站间的切换次数,从而降低切换信令开销,提高切换成功率。
Focusing on non-terrestrial networks with transparent satellites, a handover scheme is proposed, which triggers handover based on ephemeris information and determines handover link based on multi-decision indicators. In addition, handover procedure is designed, and the performance of different handover schemes is evaluated through system simulation. Simulation results show that compared with the handover schemes that are based on the maximum satellite elevation angle, the longest satellite coverage time, and the longest link existing time, our scheme can effectively reduce the number of inter-gNB handover, thereby reducing signaling overhead and raising handover success rate.
