摘要
为了实现数据中心冷空气的二次分配,提出一种新型的数据中心主动调节式送风末端装置。对上海市某数据中心进行实地调研,构建数据中心的计算流体动力学(CFD)模型,提出末端装置控制策略,研究末端控制装置措施的节能潜力。结果显示:数据中心机柜内存在明显的功率分层现象时,末端控制装置措施可以有效均匀化机柜排风温度并消除局部热点,与传统的增加冷空气流量和减小送风温度的方法相比,可以节能13%及17%。
A new type of active air supply terminal device was proposed for cold air redistribution in data center. A corresponding computational fluid dynamics(CFD) model was established according to field investigation of a real data center in Shanghai. In addition, the control strategy for the terminal device was proposed and its energy-saving potential was investigated. The results showed that the terminal device could effectively homogenize the exhaust air temperature of the racks and eliminate local hot spots when there was a significant stratification of server power consumption values in the rack. Compared with the traditional methods of increasing the cold air flow rate and reducing the supply air temperature, the proposed method could effectively save energy by 13% and 17%.
