摘要
湿法脱硫系统中,传统的罗茨风机存在效率低、耗能大、噪声振动大和温度高等问题,设备故障率偏高、检修维护工作量大,成为湿法脱硫系统连续稳定运行的主要制约因素。比较常用的氧化风机的综合性能,介绍3种氧化风机的工作原理,结合工程实例介绍了空气悬浮离心氧化风机在湿法脱硫系统中的应用。
In wet desulfurization system, traditional Roots fans has problems such as low efficiency, high energy consumption, high noise and vibration and high temperature, high equipment failure rate and heavy maintenance workload,which have become the main constraints for the continuous and stable operation of the wet desulfurization system. The comprehensive performance of the commonly used oxidation fan is introduced, the working principle of the three oxidation fans is introduced, and the application of air suspension centrifugal oxidation fan in the wet desulfurization system is introduced according to the engineering example.
