摘要
各种原因引起的恶性肿瘤是我国目前导致死亡的重要原因之一。我国每年新发癌症人数与癌症死亡人数持续升高。铁死亡是一种程序性细胞死亡过程。铁积累、脂质过氧化和抗氧化防御失衡会引发细胞膜氧化损伤,导致细胞铁死亡。诱导肿瘤细胞铁死亡是肿瘤治疗的可行研究方向,引起肿瘤细胞铁死亡的机制也将成为抗肿瘤药物研发的关键内容。本文就肿瘤细胞铁死亡的机制进行综述,以期为抗肿瘤新药研发和肿瘤治疗提供新的思路。
Malignant tumors caused by various reasons are one of the main causes of human death in China.The number of new cancers and cancer deaths in China continues to rise every year.Ferroptosis is a process of programmed cell death.Iron accumulation,lipid peroxidation,and imbalance of antioxidant defense will lead to oxidative damage of cell membrane and ferroptosis.Ferroptosis of tumor cells is a feasible research direction for tumor therapy,and the mechanism of ferroptosis of tumor cells will also become the key content of anti-tumor drug research.This paper reviews the mechanism of ferroptosis in tumor cells,in order to provide new ideas for the development of new anti-tumor drugs and tumor treatment.
